Job Description
Mid-Atlantic Rheumatology is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an on-site position in Millersville, MD. The RN will be responsible for administering infusions and injections to patients in a clinical setting.

This position will initially be part-time, two days per week. Specific workdays will be discussed during the hiring process. Based on performance and practice needs, this role may transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer infusion therapies and injections safely and accurately.
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
Assess patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.

Required Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy, rheumatology, internal medicine, or a related specialty.
Experience administering infusions and injections.
Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
Experience with WeInfuse and eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Current BLS/CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a rheumatology or specialty practice.
Familiarity with biologic medications and infusion protocols.
Comfortable managing patients with chronic autoimmune conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay: $40–$45 per hour.
